"My Hubby month"

So this month is his Birthday March 31st, it's St. Patricks Day and my hubby is Irish, we got Engaged on March 6th last year, so this is my Lucky hubby month. I am so so Lucky to have him in my life. I am going to try to do as many posts this month about things I am Lucky to have.

"THE HUBBY TAG"

Brandon is absolutely AMAZING to me! He would do anything for me and the kids. He took me and my 3 kids into his home without any hesitation. When my World was turned upside down my mom just kept telling me that Good things do come out of bad and to be Patient and I will figure out what that good thing was. It only took 5 months to figure out what that good thing was and I would have to definately say it was Brandon.

Maggie is so jealous of me!

When my cousin Jane called me late one night, 5 days after Kevin left, and convinced me to move to her house in Kaysville and live in her beautiful basement she had just finished I know she was truly Inspired. I would have never met Brandon if I didn't. If I didn't move to Kaysville I would have never went to DATC where I met Brandon's cousin that hooked us up.

Without him I would seriously be living on the streets. You have no idea how Hard it is to live on your own with 3 kids with no money just all of our belongings. He Sacrifices so much for us it Amazes me!

Who eats more? He does cause I am on a diet.

Who said "I love you first"? He did and I was so rude cause it took quite a while before I said it back to him. I was Scared of the hurt that I had been through. I am so so happy he did not give up. I would have if I were him.

Who is taller? He is. He is 6 ft. I am 5' 5" and I have much shorter legs than him too. I trail behind everywhere we go cause my short legs have to run to keep up with him.

Who sings better? It depends on what kind of music it is. Which is sad cause I am a horrible singer.

Whose temper is worse? His most definately

Who does the laundry? Me

Who does the dishes? Me and Lilly

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do. Our bed has to be against the wall cause he thinks something is going to reach up and grab him. Silly Boy....

Who mows the lawn? Both of Us. Whoever gets to it first.

Who pays the bills? I pay my bills. He pays his.

Who cooks dinner? Me if I'm home. Him if I'm at work.

Who drives when you are together? I drive if we are in my car. He drives if we are in his truck.

Who is more stubborn? Both of Us. Neither of us like giving in.

Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? Neither of Us.

Whose parents do you see the most? His cause they just live in Hooper.

Who proposed? The first few times He did. I just kept turning him down. Then one night I texted him and said Marry Me he thought it was Lilly playing with my phone. Then he officially did a few months later.

Who has more friends? Both about the same.

Who has more siblings? He does. He has 1 half brother and 2 step brothers. I just have 2 brothers.

Who wears the pants in the family? Definately Him. Which I LOVE! It is GREAT!

Well this is it! My wallet. Some trucks, cause if we get somewhere without them Hayden doesn't stop crying about it until we get home and have them. Alyssas bow, she took it out at the store the other day. My favorite gum ever, 5, it holds the flavor really good and I love it. My lip gloss that tastes like chocolate cake batter mmm. My keys. Some Tylenol just in case. A mirror. And last of all some Strawberry Daiquirie lotion that smells so yummy.

TEN YEARS AGO...I had just got married to Kevin and was pregnant with Lilly. I was still in High School and very sick from the pregnancy. But Yah for me I still graduated!

FIVE THINGS ON MY TO DO LIST...1~Work on my laundry. 2~Go get my dogs at Brandon's moms cause we just got back from Wendover. 3~Do dishes. 4~Curl Lilly's hair. 5~Take Lilly to Salt Lake.

THREE BAD HABITS...1-Procrastinating. 2-Picking Zits. 3-I let things get to me. I take everything personal and I let it get to me.

FIVE JOBS I HAVE HAD...1-Flying J Corporate 2-Family Chiropractic 3-Motor carrier for the Standard Examiner (worst job ever, but hey I didn't have to put my kids in daycare.)4-Maurices 5-JcPenney

IF I WAS SUDDENLY A BILLIONARE...I would pay off all of Brandon's Bills and buy him a new truck(cause his Tacoma doesn't fit all the kids). I would buy Brandon all his guns back cause he sold them all to help me provide for the kids. I would buy us a trailer cause we love to camp. I would give money to my parents and Brandon's parents for all the money they have given us. I would pay off my house. Finish my house and get new carpet. Save money for my kids college funds. Definately a BOOB JOB! And I would invest the rest so Brandon could quit his job and we could just live off the interest.

I ENJOY...My hubby and my kids. Digital Scrapbooking. Sewing. Decorating. Playing WII with my family.

THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT ME...I love to sing, but I have a terrible voice.I have a fear of building a house cause I couldn't stand it being taken from me again. I have a fear of DIVORCE (it is a bad word in my vocabulary). I am going back to finish my cosmetology school in June. I want to have another baby with Brandon some day.

tHe ScIeNcE fAiR pRoJeCt-HOW DOES SALT AFFECT THE LIFE OF BRINE SHRIMP?

For the past couple of weeks Lilly has been working on her Science Project for the Science Fair. I can't believe she is old enough to do the Science Fair. But with the help of me, Brandon, and her dad we were able to get it all put together. We had to do three containers of water with different salt levels. Then put the packets of brine shrimp eggs in it and watch them hatch. We came to the conclusion that brine shrimp will not survive in less than 32% salt to water. So the Science Fair was Friday. We were up late Thursday finishing up final touches. Her dad came over at 7 in the morning and we still had some stuff to finish up. He helped us hurry and finish and he took her to school to help her set up. When Lilly got home from school that afternoon she said to me "Mom I didn't get anything," I told her it's ok sweetie we will try harder next year, now that we know what we are doing. She went back to her bedroom and then came out with a huge smile on her face and screamed, "I am going to the DISTRICT, I got FIRST place"(little stinker thought she would tease me). I was so excited for her. Sometimes Lilly struggles with everything that has gone on in her life so that was something that really meant a lot to her. I want her to know that her family is very proud of her and that we love her very much. GOOD LUCK at district Lilly!
